Where we ship
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia. Other countries may be available at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping is free on every order.
Multiple parcels
Our products ship from our fulfilment partners, so an order with several items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number.
Duties and taxes
Our prices don't include import duties or taxes. Depending on your country, customs may charge duties or taxes when your parcel arrives; these are set by your country's customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility.
Address problems
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. We can update it before the order ships. We can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address given at checkout, but we'll always help you try to recover them.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
See our Refund Policy: if a parcel is lost, very late or arrives damaged, we'll replace it or refund you.
