1. About us

This website (getolira.shop) is operated by Sebastian Kimbell, trading as Olira, of Newstead, Queensland, Australia ("Olira", "we", "us"). Contact: support.olira@gmail.com.

By visiting the site or buying from us you agree to these Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products

  • We try to show our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Screens differ, and lighting effects (including holographic and colour-changing effects) can look different in person.
  • Product sizes and features are as stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
  • Follow the included instructions. Electrical decorations should be used as directed, kept away from heat sources, and not left in standing water. Unless the product page says otherwise, products are decorations, not toys, and small parts should be kept away from young children.

3. Prices and offers

  • Prices are shown in your selected currency. Currency conversions are approximate; the amount charged is shown at checkout.
  • Offers such as "2nd figure half price" and "3rd figure free" apply automatically in the cart to the lowest-priced eligible items, can't be combined unless stated, and may change or end at any time. Changes don't affect orders already placed.
  • Free gifts are while stocks last and have no cash value.
  • If a price or description is shown in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.

4. Orders and payment

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your shipping confirmation.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order (for example a pricing error, suspected fraud or an item being unavailable). If we do, we'll refund any payment in full.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

6. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos or messages, you confirm they're your own and honest, and you allow us to display them on our site and social channels in connection with Olira. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning.

7. Intellectual property

The site's text, images, logos and design belong to Olira or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security or operation, to scrape or copy it in bulk, or to place fraudulent orders.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or use third-party services (such as payment, shipping and analytics providers). We're not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Liability

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
  • To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If you're a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order.
